Management Essentials has been developed specifically for managers at Echo Entertainment Group.

Management Essentials aims to develop participant’s knowledge and skills including conceptual and analytical skills in key areas including strategy and change, as well as managing people, financials & risk and customers.

Program Description

The Program consists of five modules which align to 8 AQF units (see below). Program modules are aligned at AQF unit/element/performance criterion levels and this is outlined in the program alignment document.

Module: People and Performance:

BSBWOR502 - ensure team effectiveness - elective

BSBMGT502- manage people performance - elective

Module: Change and Continuous Improvement 

BSBMGTS16C - facilitate continuous improvement - elective

Module: Customers 

BSBCUS501C - manage quality customer service - elective

Module: Financials and Risk 

BSBFIM501A: Manage budgets and financial plan - elective

BSBRSK501B: Manage risk - elective

Module: Strategy and Operational Planning

SBMGT515A: Manage operational plan -  elective

The program is delivered over 6 months.
The program includes off-job training at 4 workshops delivered in 2-day blocks:
